Why We Built This Site
Pennsylvania gives the public access to many court records, but Armstrong County records are split by record type. The Prothonotary handles civil Court of Common Pleas files and divorce filings. The Clerk of Courts handles criminal case records. The Register of Wills and Clerk of Orphans' Court handles estates, marriage records, guardianships, and adoptions where access is allowed. Only the issuing court or government office can provide a certified copy with an official seal. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.
